It is not an easy thing for a kid to sit still & smile at the camera for longer than .5 seconds, especially when they are outside & crazy distracted by grass, leaves, people, dogs, airplanes, ducks, etc. People apologize to me all the time for crying, fussy, distracted kids.  Let me tell you, your kid is normal, and look how funny the outtakes are!?  To all the parents out there who asked me to take photos of their families this year, thank you, & don't you worry about a thing, I like to see kids acting like kids, it would be creepy if a kid were smiling & staring perfectly at the camera for an hour & a half.   

From wedding season, to family season, to newborn season..?  The best part about photographing your friend's babies is getting extra snuggle time with them without it being creepy. :)
